1. Service Description
HeaderHawk provides Content Security Policy (CSP) violation monitoring and reporting services. Our platform collects, analyzes, and displays CSP reports from your web applications to help you identify and resolve security issues.
2. Account Registration
To use HeaderHawk, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Send CSP reports from websites you do not own or have authorization to monitor
- Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the service
- Use the service to transmit malware or malicious content
- Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
4. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the CSP report data you send to HeaderHawk. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display this data to provide the service to you.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service.
5. Service Tiers and Payment
HeaderHawk offers multiple service tiers with different features and usage limits. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Refunds are provided at our discretion
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
6. Usage Limits
Each tier has limits on CSP reports, sites, team members, and data retention. If you exceed your tier limits:
- We may continue to accept reports at reduced capacity
- You will be notified to upgrade or reduce usage
- Persistent overages may result in service restrictions
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination:
- Your access to the service will be revoked
- Your data will be deleted according to our retention policy
- You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
9. Limitation of Liability
HeaderHawk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.
