What happens when I exceed my event limit?
Reports continue to be ingested up to 3x your quota limit. Beyond that, new reports are dropped until you upgrade or your billing cycle resets.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! The Team plan includes a 30-day free trial. Start with full access and only pay if you decide to continue. A credit card is required to start your trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also pay by invoice.
